1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using keyring.ai ("the Service"), operated by Mindforge Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

keyring.ai provides automated AI model benchmarking. Users can define prompts which are tested against newly released AI models from third-party providers. Results are delivered via email and through our web dashboard.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send prompts that are unlawful, abusive, or violate third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you create. Benchmark results generated from your prompts belong to you. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and branding.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service sends your prompts to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others). Your use of these models is also subject to each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by third-party models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindforge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
